WHEN I SAY, I PRACTICE REIKI, I REALLY MEAN
i attempt to do my best to honor these affirmations on my daily life. Practicing these 5 Reiki principles has helped me become more attuned to my surroundings. It has helped me harness Universal Energy since these principles shift our emotions to feel happier, better, joyful, grateful, etc so that I can transmit the most genuine form of Love through my healings. I would love to say that it has been a smooth ride, however, it is very difficult to become proficient. I started this journey four years ago and after one month of implementing these principles in my daily life, things started to shift for me. I had more energy, I was more passionate, and I was motivated to continue this journey. The magick behind it, is that you reprogram your mind to not be fearful, to trust, to be grateful, to see every living being as part of you so as to be kind to everyone you encounter and to be as honest with yourself as possible. The hardest one for me will have to be “I will not worry”. Here’s some affirmations to help me shift my emotions towards each principle.
